Shipping

Order Processing: We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.

Shipping Times: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. For standard shipping within the contiguous United States, please allow 3-7 business days. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the total weight of your order. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

Damaged Products During Shipment:

While we do our best to ensure that your products reach you in perfect condition, we understand that accidents can happen during shipment. If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect Your Shipment: Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the package for any visible damage.

  2. Document the Damage: If you find any damage, please take clear photographs of both the damaged product(s) and the packaging. This photographic proof is essential for us to process your replacement or refund.

  3. Contact Us: Contact Create Decor Candles and Bath within 7 days of receiving your damaged product(s). You can reach us via email at createdecorcandlesandbath@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and attach the photos you took.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the products.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for used items.

Unopened Products: If you have purchased an item and have not opened it, you may be eligible for a return and refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

Refund Process: Once we receive your return request and approve it, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
